The Table is always providing those of us who work here new experiences and insights. We are constantly amazed to encounter people we’ve never met who know all about us. Each day we hear about the lives that have been changed. The jobs that have been found. The grades that have improved. The isolation that has fallen away. The equity that has been built. Who wants to come but hasn’t quite had a chance to get here.
Now we have this app out in the world that was created by TinyMission. We aren’t publicizing ourselves or it a lot yet. We have a plan. Finish the first four volumes of Mastering the Art of Authentic Welcome as a box set in September as a national kick-off. Get our ducks in a row and pick up audience and new practitioners of ISI as word continues to spread that “there’s an app for that.”
In the third week of January with the app less than one week old, we just received our first rating, which was cool. But the coolest thing was it was from someone I didn’t personally know. Or maybe I’ve met at a Table or through the community. but it wasn’t a board member, a family member or other friends of the Table who root for us!
We want to raise ISI up to a mighty voice. We are building the tools so that sound of people coming together, collaboratively and effectively without acrimony will soon reach a mighty crescendo with people coming together across differences everywhere!
