DESCRIPTION:The Catalyst Initiative of the Minneapolis Foundation and Marnita’s Table invite you to join us on Wednesday\, April 25th from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for the 2018 Seed Grantee Convening honoring and expanding the work of all of Catalyst’s seed grant recipients over the past three years. Please plan to be with us as we lift up the great work that was begun by the George Family Foundation\, and celebrate the passing of the torch to our new home at the Minneapolis Foundation\, where we seek to widen the scope and impact of our work through fostering new relationships and enduring connections in integrative health and wellbeing. \nIf you are a current or past seed grantee\, we ask that you prepare a 5-minute description/summary of your program and project and be ready to share with the group. This can take the format of a poster or laptop slideshow.
