For those who struggle to remain present and sit still in quietude\, HERE seamlessly and actively integrates several methods of meditation: staring\, breathing\, and swiping. Meditations accompanied by some movement or designated activity can lift us more promptly to the capability of our high brain\, endowing us with enhanced capacity to problem solve and smooth our course.
