Marnita’s Table is a 501(c) organization that seeks to close gaps across difference through making Intentional Social Interaction (“IZI”) / Digital Intentional Social Interaction (“dIZI”) the new pattern for society. Our model ensures all community members, including those who are traditionally unheard and excluded, are actively and intentionally welcomed and valued at the policy-making and resource-sharing table. 

Our vision: Through practice-based inclusive belonging, IZI measurably catalyzes  and sustains relationships  helping our communities thrive even when we individually have unique needs, differences and viewpoints. Over the past 21 years, we’ve welcomed more than 250,000 people to IZIs in Minnesota, the United States and beyond,  to find common ground on issues that really matter to our individual and collective quality of life.
