IZI provides more than just a mechanism to authentically connect across race, class, culture and other means of self identity in turbulent times. IZI consistently practiced reflects exactly how imperative that “community” is for healing and is the critical foundation for building consensus in our increasingly stratified society. In the past 20 years, hundreds of thousands of people have been to The Table, with thousands of them learning how to either host or teach someone IZI. We have developed a robust consulting practice of personal and professional development as well as expanded  our nationally respected community based participatory action research enterprise.
