Relational challenges require relational solutions. Intentional Social Interaction (“IZI”) is Marnita’s Table effective proprietary experience engineering model that helps individuals, businesses, NGOs and government agencies build bridges of understanding across difference.
We provide practical tools, techniques and experiences for you to build sustainable community engagement, leadership and collaboration across race, class, culture and other means of self-identity.
We’ve welcomed over 200,000 people to IZIs since 2005.
Our communities are still reeling from the isolation driven by COVID. Every day we receive calls from states, cities, counties, businesses, nonprofits and community members asking how they can build bridges instead of barriers in their own communities and companies! Whether you, your organization or your community are looking to become more equitable it is imperative to have meaningful and effective conversations in order to build trust.

Safety
Participants say they feel safe(r) to bring their whole authentic selves and their personal stories and needs during d/IZI.
Significance
Participants say that they feel that they are engaging in something important and meaningful that improves their own health and well-being, as well as provides tools to practice and improve critical 21st century skills: cross-cultural curiosity, empathy, humility and through both IRL and digital experiences of IZI.
Belonging
Participants frequently say that they feel for the first time that they truly belong and are a part of their community.
