IZI TRAINING
We offer a variety of one-time sessions and training depending on your professional development or engagement goals using our proprietary experience engineering model of intentional social interaction. We can also slip a one-hour conference session or three-hour deep dive into your already designed and planned event! Our team is experienced in adult action learning design and delivery, whether an organizational professional development opportunity or an industry-wide gathering.
We provide multiple ways for you to enhance professional, effective and measurable community engagement. These are the most common:
Professional Development
Experience Engineering and Design
Coaching & Technical Assistance
Our team creates and delivers unforgettable training experiences that are measurably effective through an agile project management methodology. We have the capacity and experience to site select, menu design, hire and pay third-party vendors/consultants (always with a commitment to hiring individuals and organizations led and staffed by individuals from marginalized communities). We project manage the back of the house, keeping you informed of progress, shepherding the reports you need and the outcomes you seek, so that you can definitively share results with your constituents, senior leadership and the wider community.
Relational challenges require relational solutions. We often form partnerships with foundations and community collaboratives to achieve long-term internal and external strategic goals and outcomes, working on a defined quarterly retainer basis.
Our training clients range across all ages, industries and experience levels. Whether a corporate leadership team or a group of educators, we collaborate to meet your unique goals.

MARNITA’S TABLE
Bridging Gaps Across Difference
Marnita’s Table is a 501(c) organization that seeks to close gaps across difference. Since 2005, Marnita’s Table has been making Intentional Social Interaction (“IZI”) / Digital Intentional Social Interaction (“dIZI”) the new pattern for society where Indigenous; Black and brown people; the disenfranchised; the poor; the LGBTQ+; those from historically and currently pushed to the margins communities; the traditionally unheard and excluded are actively and intentionally included and valued at the policy-making and resource-sharing table.
